Great work! The civilianization of policing is indeed another euphemism for defunding the police, as is the term "reimagining." They realize that most people are opposed to defunding, so they try to introduce their concepts through the back door. It's all the same Marxist ideology.

Truly, they don’t care because people haven’t gotten fed up enough yet. That day is coming, trust me
